it's time for a size zero die plan with this
diet you'll be able to lose up to 10 to 15 kilos and 15 days depending on your
body fat percentage it's almost a no cook guide plan so whether you work from
home or go to office you will find it easy to follow .

similar to my raw meal plan so let's get started start your day with Size Zero

has great results . It has pineapple cucumber and ginger and is a no salt no
sugar drink this is going to keep you full for one to two hours and will help
reduce bloating excess fat and weight but please do not play with the

After
one and a half to two hours it's time for breakfast have
one apple and one banana with two tablespoons of peanut butter along with a cup
of green tea .
Peanut
butter is high in proteins
and is very filling the one I have only has peanut butter and sea salt it doesn't
have any sweeteners oil or preservatives.
The best way is to slice a banana and apply
peanut butter in between and half and you can cut an apple in slices and use
peanut butter as a dipping it tastes delicious peanut . Butter has good fats and

your Day. You can also have almond
butter in place of peanut butter
if you are a PCOS B C or E or a diabetic, then have Apple in place of banana
which means to apples with peanut butter
and green tea for breakfast.
Now for lunch I have a big bowl of cucumber
raita this raita is super filling and is super low in calories take almost 6 to
7 tablespoons of yogurt . Yogurt is
full of calcium and probiotics it has a lot of proteins which keeps your form but
don't make your fat plus yogurt helps lose belly fat more easily .You have a
good mix until you get a smooth texture . Here more than 1/2 cup of grated cucumber
added with its grain skin on cucumber has zero
fat and is low in calories it is
90 percent water reduces bloating and is rich in fiber next add salt as per taste
and freshly grounded black pepper followed by some freshly roasted cumin powder
.Add some chopped mint leaves and a cucumber raita is ready .
In the evening
have one apple one cucumber five almonds and a cup of mint or green tea .
here I've made mint green tea apple is a
nutrient dense fiber rich food and makes you feel full and content almonds also
helps decrease belly fat.
For
Dinner you can either have chia pudding or two boiled eggs
you can also add some seasoning to boiled eggs like salt and black pepper both
have same amount of proteins and are easy to make to make chia pudding soak 1/4
cup of chia seeds and one cup of milk.
Here you ca n also use organic 0% skim milk next
add one tablespoon of maple syrup or a good-quality honey mix on well and let
it rest for 30 to 45 minutes chia seeds will absorb milk and swell and our
dinner is ready .
Now End
your day the way you started so have size zero drink before going to bed the
strength will work on excess fat and weight while you'll be sleeping as it has
ginger with thermogenic properties .
combining this diet with 15 minutes of exercise
will be more fruitful also add a good multivitamin tablet in your daily diet
especially if you're above 30 to avoid any nutrient deficiency .
Follow this diet for at least 10 to 15 days and you'll
surely feel light by the end of it give a break of 5 to 7 days if you wish to
restart the diet this diet is safe for all including PCOS and thyroid patients
if you feel hungry anytime during the day then you can have few almonds and you
can sip on to green or minty.
